Par Bolied Rice – 2 Cups
Raw Rice – 2 Cups
Rice Flakes – 1 Cup
Fenugreek Seeds – 2 Tblsps
Dehusked Black Gram – 1/2 Cup
Oil – For Frying
Maida – 1/2 Cup
Rice Flour – 1/2 Cup
Salt – As Required
1. Wash and soak rice flakes in water for 1/2 an hour.
2. Soak rice varieties, dhal, fenugreek in water for two-three hours.
3. Grind to smooth paste and add Maida, Rice Flour to that and mix well.
4. Next morning pour dosa like Oothappam using little oil. Close with lid while cooking. Cook on one side only.
