Paneer Paratha is one of the most delicious and popular breakfast in North India. It is an Indian bread stuffed with cottage cheese and spices and if paneer paratha is one of your favourite paratha then here is the the best recipe for making delicious paneer paratha at home only on Swaad Anusaar.

Ingredients

250 gm cottage cheese (paneer)
1 chopped onion
2 chopped green chillies
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 garam masala
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp grated ginger
Fresh coriander leaves
Salt
Wheat flour
Water
Ghee

Method:

In bowl add 250 gm cottage cheese, 1 chopped onion, 2 chopped green chillies, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp carom seeds, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 garam masala, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp grated ginger, freshly chopped coriander leaves, salt to taste and mix well.

Now take a small portion of dough and roll it out. Place the paneer mixture on it and seal the dough to form a ball and roll out the stuffed dough gently.

Heat a pan and roast the paratha on both the sides, add ghee.

Delicious and yummy Paneer Paraths are ready to be served!
