  1. i have a friend of mine who married Paskistan, but I think this is not called biryani. you cook too much the rice that's why it look like chicken with mush rice.. hehe but it look goods and yummy.

  2. Actually in todays world cookery is divided into two distinct identity,i.e, Modern cookery and Traditional cookery. People love to eat Traditional dishes but its very difficult o become a master chef in any of these cookery. Culinary is an art and it needs lots of discipline, practice and awareness. Traditional Biryani is always cooked seperately (rice and chicken) which is later on combined in layers and topped with saffron ,sealed with dum,i.e dough and cooked in medium heat. All of these are not cheaper items,i.e, the better the quality food products you will use, the better result you will get. I love Biryani as it is one of my favourite dish but I still prefer the hyedrabadi biryani which is cooked traditionally in medium budgted restaurants.

  3. Tell her the correct way to cook the Biryani Instead of criticizing! You over cooked the rice. Boil the rice separately but not fully cooked. Do not fry the rice. Drain the water of the rice, then cook the meat separately along with tomatoes. Instead of cooking the meat you can just bake the meat too. Basically cook the rice and meat separately then combine them.:)

  4. hello, when you cook the rice together with the chicken, .. the rice will be soften, right? and it mixed up together so that you couldn't find the texture of the basmati which is supposed to be separate not stick one another… I'm sorry correct me if I'm wrong, thank you 😉
