  1. I love his gurgling gargling sounds he makes lol. This guy can do 100 chin ups without even trying. You can tell he's a very humble, helpful, non arrogant man who truly wants to help people and not make them feel inferior.

  2. Scooby – you have really hit the nail on the head for me. I have been looking for something like this. Im going to the fitness park in a few to try this. I have an extensive fitness background but injuries incapacitated me. Ive never been able to do many pull ups so Im gonna work on this. THANKS A BUNCH!

  3. This method works. Whatever you do don't jump up to the bar and then attempt to slowly lower yourself like I did when I first got a pull up bar. Ripped the hell out of everything and had to wait 2 weeks to try again. After that did the controlled 'walk the plank' method and no problems

  4. Hey in Phase 3, you say you can move on once you can do 2 chinups. Does that mean just 2 chinups for one set? or 5 sets with 2 chinups? I ask because I have been struggling to do 5 sets with 2 full chinups.
