  1. Sorry to say. In the original cream chicken preparation no oil is used. secondly the chicken is cooked in thick cream & milk only along with cardamon,black cardamon, Kasuri methi (Fenugreek leaves.) & a tsp of fresh grounded pepper(left to an individual choice0 when using 1 kg of butter.. No curd is used in the making of the dish.

  2. Safras oil is not a problem …. The amount of black pepper added in this chicken is too much after eating this chicken I think one should put 10 lt bucket of water near to bed for drinking through out night or day

  3. Which cream should I use please specify. Is it whipping cream? Because sour cream will spoil the taste.. And I am not sure if whipping cream is sweet and would be the right ingredient to use. I cannot get amul cream in USA . Pls suggest.

  4. But Creme Fraiche/Sour Cream are sour in taste compared to fresh cream. You make it seem as though all will go. Also, if you use sour cream or creme fraiche, wouldn't it make the dish too tart/sour since the chicken is already being marinated in yoghurt??
