  1. Ok, just mailed the recipe to the new people who asked, I know it's common sense but I'll say it regardless. Because you are using very hot water to mix with the flour, unless you have a stand mixer please use gloves. Also, don't add baking powder, this is a churro not a cake, and regardless, it's going to be fried not baked.

To Mr. John Brockway, your churros are crunchy on the outside and raw in the middle because when you fry them, the oil is too hot to start with, cooking the outside faster than the inside. And I can't send you a recipe if I don't have an email address.

  3. Spanish churros lol and seriously from the UK. This isn't at all and authentic Spanish recipe because I'm hispana and this is not at all how they're made. Least of all fried in olive oil !!!
